Commercial Sales Executive 📍 Location: Winchester 🕒 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM The Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our friendly and professional team in Winchester. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a highly respected insurance brand, focusing on commercial insurance lines across Hampshire. You’ll be supported by a dedicated marketing and prospecting team, helping you to build new relationships, grow your client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. With a strong local presence and a reputation for integrity, this role offers a great environment to develop your sales career. Role Responsibilities: • Generate new business in line with agreed targets, • Build and manage an active sales pipeline, • Prospect and convert high-quality leads, • Deliver tailored, face-to-face consultations and quotes, • Develop strong relationships within the local business community, • Maintain high standards of compliance and service delivery, • Continue professional development through training and licensing Key Skills Required: • A confident communicator with proven sales experience (insurance experience welcome but not essential), • Professional, enthusiastic, and driven by results, • Skilled in managing and developing a pipeline of prospects, • Organised, compliant, and customer-focused, • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems, • A full UK driving licence holder (essential) What’s on Offer: • Competitive salary (£30,000–£40,000 DOE), • 24 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off, • Full training and product licensing support, • Pension contribution and Health Cash Plan membership, • Supportive, professional, and inclusive working environment Please note: • This is an office-based role in Winchester (not hybrid), • The core working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, • There is currently no formal commission structure, though this is under review for 2026
