Role & Responsibilities Support the discharge of Principal Designer duties across multiple projects Advise internal teams and clients on health and safety and risk management Assist with compliance under CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act Coordinate pre-construction information and maintain QA documentation Attend project meetings and carry out site visits Work collaboratively with the internal PD team and contribute to training initiatives Support the development of tools and procedures to embed best practice. Required Skills & Experience Experience delivering or supporting Principal Designer duties under CDM Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and its practical application Previous experience in a design, project management, building control, or H&S role Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance requirements NEBOSH Construction Certificate, APS Membership, or similar qualification preferred.
