Job Title: Handyman (Full-Time)
Location: London (Mobile Across Managed Properties) About the Role: We are a property management company looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time position focused on supporting our day-to-day maintenance operations across our managed properties. Your work will be central to reducing our reliance on external contractors, helping us streamline costs while ensuring high-quality maintenance for our tenants and landlords. There is strong potential for career progression, including promotion and expansion into a full in-house maintenance team leadership role based on performance and cost savings delivered. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general repairs and maintenance (e.g., plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Respond to reactive maintenance issues across multiple properties
Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks
Liaise with the property management team to prioritise jobs and update on task completion
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
Provide excellent customer service to tenants when on-site
Accurately document work completed and materials used
Help identify recurring issues or areas for efficiency improvements Key Requirements: Proven experience in general property maintenance
Broad skill set across trades: plumbing, electrical, painting, joinery, basic tiling, etc.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
UK driving licence preferred
Must have own basic tools (van or tool storage an advantage)
