We're now looking for a Buying Admin Assistant, to work in our Manchester HQ. Responsibilities: • Manage the critical path, updating daily and with each supplier/factory weekly, updating buyers and senior design, QC in weekly meetings, • Manage all submissions filing, sample, and showroom management, • Co-ordinate all ladies post and distributing to correct teams, • Raise new POs, • Support the buying team with communication to suppliers regarding approvals, deliveries and sampling, • Support in meeting prep by hanging, steaming, printing, prompting designers with CAD amendments, • Conduct site walks to spot any issues on our platforms, • Liaise with the Ecommerce team to ensure enrichment is complete, • Liaise with design to ensure all overviews are accurate About you: • Fashion/Retail Industry Experience (minimum 1 year), ideally in a Buying Admin Assistant, Production Assistant, or Product Development role., • Familiarity with critical path management in a fashion retail environment, • Demonstrated ability in meeting prep, filing, organising samples, and documentation.
