Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and priorities at all times. What We Are Looking For A minimum of three to five years’ experience managing projects at a senior level within a complex organisational environment. A relevant project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM PMQ, MSP, or Agile/Scrum certification. A strong, demonstrable track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience across multiple project methodologies with the flexibility to adapt approach to the needs of the organisation. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing attention to detail.
