Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Leadership • Take ownership of the development and implementation of the annual Tattu brand and marketing strategy., • Translate the company's wider commercial objectives into clear brand priorities, campaigns and market-specific plans., • Define and continually evolve Tattu's positioning, proposition, audience strategy and key messages., • Act as the senior brand guardian, ensuring Tattu is represented consistently and distinctively across every guest touchpoint., • Identify emerging consumer behaviours, cultural trends and market opportunities that can strengthen the brand., • Provide well-considered strategic recommendations to the Sales & Marketing Director and senior leadership team., • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape across premium hospitality and luxury lifestyle sectors. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage and motivate the entire restaurant and lounge team., • Manage supervisors, assistant managers, front-of-house, kitchen and support staff., • Ensure every department is properly staffed and operating efficiently., • Prepare and manage staff rotas while controlling labour costs., • Recruit, train, develop and performance-manage employees., • Deal professionally with staff issues, complaints and disciplinary matters., • Maintain excellent standards of customer service and guest experience., • Handle customer complaints and resolve problems quickly and professionally., • Ensure food hygiene, health & safety, licensing and company procedures are followed at all times., • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the premises., • Monitor sales, staffing costs, wastage and other key operating costs., • Review daily and weekly performance and identify areas requiring improvement., • Monitor cash handling, till procedures, voids, discounts and end-of-day reporting., • Manage stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships., • Oversee busy weekends, events and entertainment nights., • Carry out regular management meetings and communicate clear expectations to the team., • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly., • Identify problems before they become serious and take responsibility for resolving them., • Report directly to the owners with clear updates on performance, staffing, customer feedback and any operational concerns. What We Are Looking For The successful candidate should have strong previous General Manager or senior restaurant management experience, preferably within a high-volume restaurant, lounge or hospitality venue.
