As part of their ongoing development, they are seeking to strengthen the electrical team with a key new appointment – an Electrical Supervisor based in the Manchester area. This opportunity is ideal for someone ambitious and driven, who wants to help build and shape a department, and forge their own long-term career path within a growing organisation. The role is perfect for someone who is already working in a supervisory role or for someone who is ready to take their first step in to supervising a team. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach – balancing supervisory and management responsibilities, with a little hands-on work if needed. Key Responsibilities • Working across a number of projects in the Greater Manchester area, ensure all installations meet current regulations and the highest quality standards., • Maintain and monitor compliance with all Health & Safety requirements., • Deliver projects on time, ensuring standards and timescales are met or exceeded., • Lead meetings with on-site staff, clients, and management teams., • Complete testing, inspection, and certification of works.
