SEN Learning Support Assistant Prospero Teaching is looking for a compassionate and reliable SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in schools in the Salisbury area. This long‑term role focuses on supporting pupils who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, learning delays, or social and emotional challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent, patient support throughout the school day. Your role will help pupils access learning, build confidence, regulate emotions, and develop positive relationships within a structured and supportive environment.
