About the Company A high-growth European AI company building next-generation enterprise software at the intersection of automation, data, and intelligent decision-making. Their platform is focused on transforming how large organisations operate by combining AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems to remove friction from complex business processes. With enterprise adoption accelerating and a strong product roadmap, they are now launching a new product line from scratch, creating an opportunity to join early and shape both the product and engineering culture. The Role This is not a typical engineering role. You’ll join a small, high-impact team tasked with building and launching a new product from day one, working closely with senior technical and delivery leadership. The role offers real ownership, fast iteration cycles, and direct product impact — ideal for engineers who want to move quickly, learn fast, and build meaningful systems in a startup environment. What You’ll Be Doing • Build and ship a new product from the ground up as part of a focused team, • Develop across the stack using modern technologies (frontend + backend), • Deliver user-facing features in short iteration cycles, • Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership, • Contribute to scalable architecture and clean code practices, • Gain exposure to:, • DevOps and CI/CD, • Performance optimisation, • AI-driven features and tooling, • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, • Solid grounding in JavaScript / TypeScript, • Experience with React and/or Node.js, • Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, clean code, • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, • Proactive mindset with a bias toward building and learning, • Actively leveraging AI tools in day-to-day development, • Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.), • Side projects, open-source contributions, or entrepreneurial experience, • Competitive salary + benefits, • 30 days holiday, • Regular team offsites across Europe, • High-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment, • Opportunity to build a product from 0 → 1, • Culture centred around:, • Ownership and execution, • Humility and collaboration, • Creative problem-solving, • 20-minute introductory call, • 1-day in-person hackathon (London, Berlin, or Hamburg) working on a real product challenge
