Role Overview : To work as part of the broader Customer Marketing and Events Team providing support to the Event Managers on the implementation of customer, trade and consumer/brand activations Responsibilities : PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Support the Event Managers in planning and executing activation plans, • Attend and contribute to planning meetings with Brand Managers and Account Managers where necessary, • Liaise with venue operators to generate briefs, • Produce and manage load-in/load-out schedules for each event and activation EVENT MANAGEMENT • Be present for load-in and load-out at key events where necessary, • Run brand activations in accounts in collaboration with Brand Managers, • Be the main point of contact for production teams and agencies before, during and after the event, • Support the Event Managers in planning and executing activation plans, and multiple events, • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations helping to build RAMS with Event Managers, • Handle any issues of emergencies that arise during events, • Conduct post event evaluations to determine areas of success and areas for improvement, • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, • Assist event managers with essential paperwork for events ACTIVATION • Support the sales team with activation planning and execution in accounts, • Deliver exciting consumer focused events with customers, optimising the resources available, • Assist the content team by capturing consumer and customer engagement at activations to share on social platforms, • To work seasonally to plan key activations at key times with support of your brand and customer marketing colleagues Measures of Success : • To be seen as a trusted pair of hands for both internal and external stakeholders, • To deliver news-worthy events and activations, on time and in full – that are on brand and on budget, • Keep all sales team assets up to date with kit available for them to use with customers Key Requirements : • Committed and highly organised individual, • Excellent time management skills and the ability to clearly prioritise work load, understanding the difference between important and urgent tasks, • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, • High energy levels with the capacity to deliver operational tasks, taking hands on responsibility, • Focused on meeting key deadlines and delivering results, • Possess strong project management skills and an ability to think both rapidly and ‘outside the box’, • Be passionate about our brands, with a hunger to succeed, • UK driving licence If this role sounds like your next move then reach out, lets chat!
