We’re working with a well-established organisation that operates large-scale consumer experiences and is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth across two key locations. This is a commercially focused, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of marketing strategy and delivery, with a clear focus on increasing visitor numbers, improving campaign performance and strengthening long-term audience engagement. The Role: You’ll manage the full marketing mix across digital and offline channels, oversee campaign performance and work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial goals. Responsibilities: • Leading the annual marketing plan aligned to growth and revenue targets, • Delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, • Managing and optimising a six-figure marketing budget, • Improving website and CRM performance to drive engagement and conversion, • Optimising the customer journey from awareness through to repeat visits, • Identifying new growth opportunities across direct and partnership channels, • Working closely with internal teams to align marketing with operational delivery, • Building relationships with external partners and agencies where required, • Monitoring campaign performance and continuously improving results Requirements: • Around 5+ years’ experience in a commercial marketing role, • A track record of delivering measurable results through integrated campaigns, • Strong digital marketing and media planning capability, • Experience using data and analytics to inform marketing decisions, • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, • Commercially focused with a growth mindset, • Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities, • Experience in customer-facing sectors such as leisure, retail, hospitality or events would be advantageous but not essential.
