We’re working with BP Energy on this opportunity. Product Manager London • Remote or Hybrid BP Energy’s business-led innovation team (Vista) is hiring a Product Manager to lead digital product delivery across high-impact innovation initiatives. Vista helps future-proof BP’s global Supply, Trading & Shipping organisation by identifying, testing and scaling new technologies, business models, and commercial opportunities. This role is ideal for a product manager experienced in building AI-enabled products, running experiments, and navigating complex global organisations. What you’ll do: • Understand each Vista product’s goals, commercial drivers, constraints and timelines, • Shape product delivery and build clear business cases for PoCs, MVPs and new products, • Define functional and non-functional requirements and justify their impact, • Map current and future business processes for non-technical audiences, • Define user personas and lead product roadmaps and backlog refinement, • Advocate for Scrum, run ceremonies and drive clarity across engineering squads, • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate challenges early, • Coordinate and run user testing, build test plans and analyse results to decide whether to improve, pivot or stop work, • Monitor the competitive landscape in trading and digital innovation, • Work effectively across a matrixed global environment (US, UK, Singapore) What you’ll need: • Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field, • Product Management certification (CPM, CSPO, PSPO or similar), • 7+ years of digital product management experience, • Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into experiments, MVPs and scaled products, • Strong understanding of Agile and software development processes, • Experience delivering AI-enabled products (including Generative AI), • Excellent communication skills for writing Epics, Features, User Stories and UAT, • Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams, • Ability to manage multiple products, timelines and time zones, • Commercial mindset and ability to prioritise based on business impact, • Strong critical thinking and ability to translate insights into action Apply now via Haystack.
