We are now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Street Burger – Reading. Street Burger - Reading, situated in the heart of Reading town centre by the Riverside at The Oracle Shopping Centre, serves up the best burgers, seasoned fries and indulgent desserts, alongside amazing shakes, cheeky cocktails and more. The humble yet magnificent burger has long time been a part of our restaurant menus. The first Street Burger was born in St Paul’s, London and now we’re growing. What you do as a Chef de Partie: - You pride yourself on running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes, taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences - You are confident in managing, training and passing on your Chef de Partie knowledge to the more junior members of the team. We are on the lookout for talented and dedicated Pizzaiola Chefs to join our team in our brand new venue. Why Us? Top-Quality Ingredients: Work with the freshest and finest ingredients to create each of our unique doughs made fresh in house every day. In addition to the traditional pizza dough we produce wholemeal, vegetable charcoal and the best gluten free dough this side of Naples! Training Opportunities: While experience is preferred, we welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn. Our experienced team is ready to share the secrets of crafting the perfect Neapolitan pizza. Creative Freedom: Bring your passion and creativity to the kitchen!
