What You’ll Be DoingAs a key member of the Tax team, you’ll lead the corporate tax compliance service, manage a talented team, and deliver a wide range of advisory projects. Your responsibilities will include: • Planning and coordinating corporate tax return preparation, • Managing compliance processes (e.g. ATED, ERS, EMI, EIS), • Reviewing tax computations and ensuring technical accuracy, • Leading advisory projects such as restructuring, share schemes, R&D, and due diligence, • Coaching and developing junior staff across tax and audit teams, • Acting as a key contact for clients, directors, and HMRC, • CTA or ACA qualified, • Significant experience in corporate tax within a practice environment, • Strong technical knowledge and quality review skills, • A collaborative, people-focused leadership style, • A commitment to continuous learning and development, • Alignment with values such as fairness, opportunity, and personal responsibilityDesirable:, • Experience managing a client portfolio, • Advisory experience across a range of taxes, • Working knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and personal tax issues, • A varied and stimulating workload beyond routine compliance, • Direct responsibility and client contact from day one, • Freedom to propose and implement improvements, • A clear path to further progression, including director-level opportunities, • Flexible working hours and hybrid options, • Generous holiday allowance + option to purchase more, • Comprehensive training and development support, • Regular team socials and wellbeing initiatives, • Cycle to Work Scheme, EAP, and more 4719864
