About the Role As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of pub operations, including: Leading, motivating and developing the team on shift Delivering outstanding service and guest experience Managing day-to-day operations across FOH and BOH Stock control, cash handling and compliance Supporting with rotas, training and performance management Driving sales, standards and profitability You will be a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for service, standards and team culture. About You We are looking for someone who is: Currently in a supervisory or management role within hospitality Confident leading shifts and managing people Highly organised, reliable and detail-focused Commercially aware with a strong sense of ownership Calm under pressure and solutions-driven Passionate about pubs, people and great service Experience in a branded environment is beneficial but not essential – attitude, work ethic and leadership ability are key.
