School Receptionist & Administrator - Haringey ANZUK Education is working with a welcoming and well-organised primary school in Haringey seeking a Receptionist & Administrator to join their team ASAP. Job Title: School Receptionist & Administrator Location: Haringey, North London Pay Rate: £16 per hour PAYE Contract Type: Full Time or Part Time – Term Time – Long Term (until end of term, with potential extension) Working Pattern: On-site ANZUK Education is working with a friendly and supportive school in Haringey seeking an experienced Receptionist & Administrator to join their front-of-house team. This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and is to start ASAP. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and interpersonal skills who can confidently manage a busy reception area while supporting key administrative functions across the school. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the front-of-house reception, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff, • Handle phone calls, emails and general enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, • Use Arbor to maintain accurate pupil records and support administrative processes, • Support admissions processes, including nursery admissions where applicable, • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school procedures, • Provide general administrative and finance support to the wider school office team The Ideal Candidate Will: • Have previous experience working in a school office or similar environment (essential), • Be confident using Arbor or similar school MIS systems, • Have experience with admissions processes (nursery admissions desirable), • Have experience using financial systems or handling school finances, • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Have excellent communication and customer service skills, • Be able to manage a busy workload and multitask effectively, • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply) What the school offers: A supportive and welcoming staff team A well-structured and organised working environment Opportunity for the role to be extended beyond the initial contract A positive and inclusive school culture Benefits of working with ANZUK Education: Ready2Work app – Control your availability, bookings and schedule — all from one place Crystal-clear pay - No surprises.
