Job Title: School Receptionist & Administrator Location: West London Employment Type: Full Time – 8am–4pm Start Date: ASAP Salary: £17 per hour PAYE About the Role: We are working with a friendly and established school in West London who are seeking an experienced School Receptionist & Administrator to join their front office team. This full-time role is based on-site, working 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday. School office experience and an Enhanced DBS are essential. MIS experience (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom) is beneficial. We are looking for a Part Time receptionist to provide a full receptionist role and to provide additional support to the Office Manager when required. Main Tasks 1. Meet and greet customers ensuring their details are recorded in our visitor’s book and that they are informed of relevant Health & Safety procedures and any company policies as required., 2. To function as a source of information point for visitors., 3. Receive, sort and distribute incoming post., 4.
