My client is a purpose-driven organisation, looking for their first data hire — a Data Analytics Manager to set the vision, build the data foundations, and still remain hands-on. This is a greenfield role where you’ll have full scope to integrate disparate datasets, ensure data quality, and deliver insights that directly influence marketing, sales, and customer strategy. You’ll also get to grow a small team once the function is established. The Role • Integrate & organise data sources from marketing, sales, CRM, and digital channels into a unified, trusted dataset., • Establish data quality processes to maintain accuracy and consistency., • Build a single customer view, delivering segmentation and profiling to power targeted marketing campaigns., • Partner closely with marketing and sales to uncover actionable insights and track campaign performance., • Design and automate dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the business., • Shape the data strategy, tools, and best practices from the ground up. The Person • Proven experience in data integration, modelling, and data quality management., • Advanced SQL plus experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)., • Strong background in marketing analytics and customer insight., • Comfortable in a hands-on role, with the vision to scale capability and hire., • Able to translate complex analysis into clear commercial impact.
