Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement KPI platforms and reporting dashboards. Produce 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts and provide insightful analysis across all operational areas. Identify cost-saving initiatives, efficiency improvements, and performance best practices. Conduct ROI assessments, appraisals, and support capex projects with robust financial analysis. Build strong relationships across all areas of the Group, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Candidate Profile: A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA preferred). Proven experience in an operational FP&A or Finance Business Partner capacity. A background in product-related businesses, ideally within FMCG, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Packaging, Production, Distribution, or Logistics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively. A proactive, autonomous approach with the confidence to build processes and drive change.
