The Role This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll be involved in every stage of the lettings process. You’ll be the first point of contact for applicants, carrying out viewings, and supporting the smooth progression of each let. Because we’re a small team, you’ll have real responsibility and the chance to make a visible impact. Key Responsibilities • Handling enquiries and booking viewings, • Conducting property viewings and building rapport with applicants, • Matching tenants to suitable properties, • Progressing lets through referencing to move-in, • Supporting landlords with updates and feedback, • Ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping, • Assisting with general office duties as needed About You We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Lettings Administrator to join our close-knit team, someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and thrives in a role where every day is different.
