Registered Manager – Residential Care Home • Location: Great Yarmouth, • Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexibility required) Day-to-day of the role: Leadership & Management • Provide strong leadership to the care team, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and accountability., • Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management of staff., • Ensure the home meets all CQC standards and regulatory requirements., • Maintain and improve care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding protocols., • Champion person-centred care and ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met., • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals., • Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively., • Ensure health and safety compliance across the home., • Contribute to the long-term vision and growth of the home., • Engage with local community initiatives and partnerships., • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)., • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within adult social care., • Proven knowledge of CQC regulations and standards., • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills., • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively., • Competitive salary and pension scheme., • Supportive senior leadership and governance., • Opportunities for professional development.
