We source and supply medical and laboratory equipment wherever our customers need itensuring the right equipment, at the right time, in the most effective way possible. Were hiring an Export Coordinator! In this role, youll be the backbone of our international shipping operations, preparing export documentation and coordinating shipments to destinations across the globe. If youre highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in export procedures (including complex countries), we want to hear from you! What youll do: Prepare and file export shipping documentation for EU & ROW shipments Communicate with stakeholders to meet OTIF targets Book transport using cost-effective methods Provide accurate freight quotes and calculate duties/taxes Liaise with customs agents, brokers, and freight forwarders Resolve shipping delays and maintain compliance records Stay updated on customs requirements and tariff codes What were looking for: Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Knowledge of export procedures and customs compliance Experience with international shipping and documentation Why join us?
