Short Summary We are seeking an Principal Client Manager to be a senior member of the team responsible for managing two high-profile national rollout contracts. They will act as the primary point of accountability for client success and contract performance, ensuring delivery excellence while driving commercial growth. This role demands a commercially astute professional who thrives in complex contractual environments, demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management, and is comfortable operating in ambiguity. Key Responsibilities of the role: • Own and execute account strategies for two national contracts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual obligations., • Navigate complex commercial frameworks, manage contract variations, and identify opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and value-added services., • Build and maintain trusted relationships across a complex and varied set of senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners. Act as a strategic advisor to influence decision-making and resolve challenges., • Proactively manage contractual risks, compliance, and governance processes to safeguard delivery and profitability., • Drive account growth through innovative solutions, packaged offerings, and strategic initiatives that enhance client outcomes., • Support seamless delivery across multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities and adapting to evolving client needs., • Operate confidently in dynamic environments, making informed decisions with incomplete information while maintaining focus on long-term objectives., • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide commercial performance insights, and support executive reporting. This position offers an uncapped commission structure. What experience do I need: • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex contracts with multiple stakeholders., • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract negotiation, financial modeling, and risk management., • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels., • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while maintaining strategic clarity., • Deep understanding of healthcare systems and digital technology’s role in improving outcomes., • Experience working across complex multi-organisational customers., • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills., • Full driving license and ability to travel nationally.
