Promote a strong health & safety culture across all operational teams. Financial Management Manage supply chain budgets covering labour, procurement, logistics and capital investment. Track financial performance and deliver against cost and operational KPIs. Ensure robust supplier agreements are in place and reviewed annually. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Proven experience in supply chain leadership roles, including managing and developing teams. Experience operating within both strategic and operational environments. Strong supplier management experience across UK and European supply chains. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement. Experience working with ERP systems (SAGE 200 preferred; SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar considered). Excellent problem-solving, project management and communication skills. Experience working as part of a Senior Management Team.
