We are seeking an expert Pizza Chef with proven experience in wood-fired ovens and authentic Neapolitan dough management. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal and innovative pizza recipes. Monitor stock levels and support ordering of pizza-related ingredients. Train and mentor junior staff in pizza preparation techniques. Requirements: Proven experience as a pizza chef, specifically in Neapolitan-style pizza. Skilled in handling and cooking with a wood-fired oven. Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and hydration processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
