Quantity Surveyor Location: Office based, Bromley Projects: South East London and London An established and well respected residential developer and contractor based in Bromley is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team due to continued growth and a strong forward order book. The business delivers high quality residential and mixed use schemes across South East London and London and has built a reputation for long term client relationships, repeat work and a collaborative working culture. This is a fully office based position, working closely with the Commercial Manager and project delivery teams. All projects are based locally across London and the South East, meaning no long distance travel or time spent away from home. A solid understanding of JCT forms of contract is essential, along with a practical and proactive approach to problem solving.
