Company Overview OEG is a leading energy solutions business, providing mission critical infrastructure assets and services to the global offshore energy industry. Through our specialist divisions - topside, marine, subsea, cables, logistics and industrials, we are a pivotal link in the global offshore energy project chain, ensuring our customers’ projects are delivered safely, reliably and efficiently. We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our Topside Division. Location Office based position/hybrid based at one of the following OEG hubs in: • Portsmouth/Hunmanby/Chester/Lowestoft. Core Purpose • To develop and lead the strategic procurement function across the OEG Topside Division. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities • Define and implement the overall procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and project requirements to drive procurement transformation., • Establish procurement policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency., • Build and maintain a resilient supply chain that supports the company’s growth and sustainability objectives., • Oversee the negotiation and execution of complex contracts and strategic supplier agreements., • Ensure robust risk management, effective cost control, and thorough performance monitoring across all procurement activities., • Develop strategic partnerships with global suppliers and contractors within the offshore renewables industry. Skills and Experience Essential: • Proven leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and deep industry knowledge to drive procurement excellence and deliver value creation., • Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience within the energy or infrastructure sectors., • Demonstrated success in managing procurement programmes and overseeing extensive supplier networks., • Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial strategy, and risk management principles. Desirable: • Experience in offshore wind farm development, marine logistics, or international procurement., • Proven experience in managing procurement activities within the APAC region. Qualifications Desirable: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field., • CIPS or an equivalent professional procurement certification.
