This is not traditional recruitment. This is high-performance legal headhunting + commercial business development at the top end of the market. 🔥 The Role You’ll join a high-performance team working across legal executive search and business development, building relationships with senior legal professionals and decision-makers across private practice and in-house markets. You will start on a 180 model, owning the front end of the search process: • Cold calling and market mapping senior legal talent, • Building and owning candidate pipelines across niche legal markets, • Booking high-quality meetings with candidates and your manager, • Supporting live mandates on £50k+ average fee roles, • Developing into full 360 search delivery as you progress From day one, you’re on the phones (day 3/4), learning fast, and operating directly alongside senior consultants and managers. 🧠 Who We Want We hire for edge, energy, and execution, not just CVs.
