Working arrangement This is a remote, commission-only sales opportunity. There are no guaranteed earnings. Whelan Pubs. Our Bar Staff are at the heart of the customer experience. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, maintaining high standards and helping create the welcoming, lively atmosphere our pubs are known for. Previous bar experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally important.
