3 Point Recruitment are hiring a Payroll Manager looking to lead and oversee the end to end payroll function for our award winning client based in Leamington Spa! This is a hands on leadership role where you will ensure payroll is delivered accurately, compliantly and on time, while driving continuous improvement and supporting the development of the payroll team. You will be working for a business who have a fantastic working atmosphere & surrounded by hard working colleagues who chip in other areas of the business during times of absence etc. A salary of £30-40k is attached to the role & it is full office based in Leamington Spa. Key Responsibilities Manage the full monthly payroll cycle, including HMRC submissions and pension reporting Ensure compliance with employment law, tax regulations, and internal policies Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journals Lead, coach, and support the payroll team to deliver high standards Act as the subject matter expert for complex payroll queries Identify and implement process improvements Produce statutory reports, including Gender Pay Gap reporting Support TUPE transfers, redundancy calculations, and client recharges About You Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll Up to date knowledge of HMRC, pensions, and employment legislation Confident leading and developing a team Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proficient in payroll systems and Excel Benefits Company pension Life insurance Health & wellbeing programme Free flu jabs Casual dress TPBN1_UKTJ
