Our services include: • New builds, • Extensions, • Loft conversions, • Refurbishments, • Commercial works The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Consultant / Business Systems Integration Specialist to help us design and implement an AI-powered operating system for our business. The goal is to connect our existing software and create a digital executive assistant that automates repetitive tasks, improves visibility, and helps management make faster decisions. This is a high-impact role with the potential to transform how our company operates. Current Software Stack You will be working with: • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint), • Microsoft Copilot, • Connecteam, • LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), • Quotient, • Xero or QuickBooks (depending on workflow), • ChatGPT / OpenAI, • Potentially Lindy AI, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate Project Objectives You will help us to develop: Sales & CRM Automation • Automate lead capture and qualification, • Trigger personalised responses to new enquiries, • Create tasks and reminders for follow-up, • Produce pipeline and conversion reporting Estimating & Quoting • Integrate LeadConnector with Quotient, • Automate quote creation and follow-up, • Track accepted, pending, and expired quotes Operations & Workforce • Pull timesheet and attendance data from Connecteam, • Identify missing forms, clock-ins, and compliance issues, • Generate daily operational summaries Finance & Administration • Automate overdue invoice reminders, • Produce cashflow and KPI dashboards, • Reduce manual reporting and data entry Executive Assistant Functionality • Deliver daily management briefings, • Summarise important emails and meetings, • Highlight urgent actions and exceptions Key Responsibilities • Map current business processes, • Identify automation opportunities, • Design scalable workflows, • Build AI agents and integrations, • Test and deploy automations, • Create documentation and SOPs, • Train internal staff, • Provide recommendations for future improvements Essential Skills & Experience Technical Skills • Microsoft 365 and Power Automate, • API integrations, • Zapier and/or Make, • OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs, • CRM automation (preferably GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), • Experience with AI agent platforms such as Lindy, Copilot Studio, or similar Desirable Experience • Connecteam integrations, • Quotient integrations, • Xero or QuickBooks automation, • Dashboard creation and KPI reporting, • Construction industry experience Personal Attributes • Commercially minded, • Strong problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication, • Ability to simplify complex processes, • Proactive and results-driven Deliverables By the end of the project, we expect: • A documented automation roadmap, • Priority workflows fully implemented, • Daily executive dashboard/reporting, • Staff training materials, • Reduction in manual administration time, • Faster lead response times, • Improved quote conversion follow-up, • Better management visibility, • Fewer missed tasks and operational issues Ideal Candidate Background You may currently work as a: • AI Automation Consultant, • Solutions Architect, • Business Systems Integrator, • Revenue Operations Specialist, • No-Code Automation Expert, • Digital Transformation Consultant How to Apply Please send: • Your CV or LinkedIn profile, • A brief overview of relevant projects, • Details of software and AI tools you have worked with, • Your day rate or project fee, • Availability to start Applications should be sent to:
