We’re hiring. Business Development Manager Health tech doesn’t scale through hype. It scales through trust, partnerships, and people who understand how UK healthcare really works. At BlockMed Pro UK Ltd, we’re responsible for scaling the UK adoption of the BlockMed Pro platform, working with GP practices and community pharmacies to enable partner-led user growth and onboarding in a compliant, NHS-adjacent environment. We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our UK footprint. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who can build relationships, manage a structured pipeline, and engage senior healthcare stakeholders with credibility. The role • Build partnerships with GP practices, PCNs, and community pharmacies, • Manage hot, warm, and cold outreach across the UK, • Present a clear, approved value proposition to decision-makers, • Support partner onboarding and early adoption, • Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline reporting, • Represent the company at meetings and industry events Who this is for • You’ve worked in business development or partnerships, • You’re comfortable running full sales cycles, • You’re organised, commercially sharp, and relationship-driven, • Experience in health tech, healthcare, or NHS-adjacent markets is a strong advantage What we offer • £45k–£55k base + capped Year 1 OTE, • Hybrid working with national exposure, • Clear progression as the business scales, • The opportunity to help build a serious UK health-tech platform the right way This role is a chance to help build long-term partnerships in a regulated space, with a company that values credibility over noise.
