Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Group HR and Talent Manager to shape and deliver our people strategy across multiple sites. This is a key leadership role, responsible for building a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce that underpins Cool Motion UK’s continued growth and trusted reputation. Key Responsibilities • Lead and implement HR strategy across the group in line with business objectives, • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across production, technical, and support teams, • Develop and roll out consistent employment contracts and HR documentation company-wide, • Ensure HR audits and ethical compliance across all sites, maintaining accurate records and meeting regulatory standards, • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives, • Manage employee relations, performance management, and succession planning, • Ensure compliance with employment law, health & safety, and ethical standards, • Provide coaching, training, and HR best practice support to managers, • Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and reporting What We’re Looking For • Proven senior HR management experience, • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred), • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, • Passion for people development and ethical business practices, • Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work across departments and sites, • An individual who aligns with our values and way of working Why Join Us?
