\n \n Senior Pensions Administrator \n We're partnering with a leading UK Pensions Consultancy and is looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join their growing administration team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established business that provides high-quality pensions consulting, administration and advisory services. \n This position can be aligned to Glasgow office. Our client offers flexible, hybrid working arrangements. \n What you'll be doing: \n In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients, predominately Defined Benefit (DB) schemes with some Defined Contribution (DC) schemes. You will be responsible for delivering the delivering day-to-day administration, ensuring work is completed in line with scheme rules, legislation and service level agreements. \n Key responsibilities: \n\n • Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of schemes.\n, • Processing member and scheme events.\n, • Reviewing work completed by junior Pension Administrators.\n, • Producing member communications, letters and reports.\n, • Supporting client and trustee meetings when required.\n, • Participating to ad-hoc administration projects.\n\n Experience required: \n\n • Experienced in administering Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes, at least 5+ years.\n, • Strong knowledge and understanding of pensions legislation and technical processes.\n, • Experience working within in third-party administration environment.\n, • Excellent communication and organisational skills.\n\n If you're looking to take the next step in your pensions career and join a forward-thinking organisation, we'd love to hear from you. \n \n \n

My client is a leading pensions firm and they are currently recruiting for a number of defined benefit pension administrators across all levels (including principal and senior) working hybrid from Edinburgh or Glasgow to manage a portfolio of DB schemes and work at the forefront of the team, with the scope to develop within other teams to trustee and consulting. \n \n The roles are due to increased business and the successful applicant will be key within the team, also managing your own set of DB/DC schemes. Previous technical defined benefit/ final salary pensions/DC experience is essential, in addition some experience in client management within pensions. Professional qualifications such as progress towards PMI are desirable, but not essential. \n \n You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, a thorough understand of scheme rules and current legislation and project management. Your work will include some client facing work as your experience increases if you wish. \n \n An excellent basic salary is on offer for the successful candidate, plus a fantastic benefits package.
