This job requires you to work no bank holidays, weekends, or nights.\n\nJob Description\n\nJob Description\n\nSalary £43,950\n\nLocation South East London \n\nDriving licence is required\n\nMonday - Friday 9am - 5pm, no weekend or bank holiday working\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\n\nYou will be assessing and reviewing individual care packages, providing practical training to care workers, clinical supervisions and instructions using your clinical expertise and guidance; whilst working with our healthcare workers at the point of care which may include home, school, community, and day centres.\n\nYou will get the opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and experience to interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes and learning disability establishments.\n\nPart of this role will require you to take part in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis. \n\nQualifications\n\nYou will be a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse with experience in complex care with tracheostomy and ventilation experience,\n\nTo succeed in this rewarding role you will need be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic and compassionate.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nOur Focus is “People First”, valuing our people and putting people at the heart of everything we do.
