This is a hands-on leadership role, not a software-first position and not a delivery-only management role. The Role The Hardware Engineering Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of embedded devices, leading hardware delivery from concept through to volume manufacture and long-term support. Working closely with in-house electronics, firmware and product teams, as well as external manufacturing partners, you’ll ensure hardware designs are robust, manufacturable, compliant, and scalable. This role carries real technical authority, with responsibility for design decisions, supplier management, and long-term hardware strategy.
