About the Role As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering person-centred care in line with individual care plans., • Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting., • Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition., • Helping with mobility and safe use of equipment., • Providing medication support., • Assisting with household and daily living tasks., • Offering companionship, emotional support, and encouragement, • What We’re Looking For Previous experience in care is desirable • Experience in Crisis Care or Reablement is desirable, • Aged 18 or over (insurance requirements apply), • Available to work alternate weekends, • Access to your own transport, • Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check, • A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach
