Citiguard Security are looking to recruit an experience Admin/Accounts (Credit Control) to join our team located at the head office in Harrow London. With your main duties being to check and report outstanding invoices and to follow up and communicate with the relevant persons the invoice is related to. To chase payment or rectify invoice issues. The purpose of the role is to ensure the timely collection of debts in accordance with credit terms to minimize the bad debt risk to the company, whilst maintaining strong relationships with customers. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. The Administrator will work with the Accounts department and report directly to senior management. Key Duties (but not limited to): • Assist the accounts department to ensure the timely collection of debts in accordance with customer credit terms, • Daily posting of customer payments, • Contact customers using appropriate collection techniques to chase debtors (telephone, email and/or letter), • To answer customer queries and reconcile/allocate customer accounts, • Review and update customer records, • Assist with monitoring debtors, • Produce debtors reports for analysis, • General admin and ad hoc duties, • Payroll, • Invoicing The successful candidate should possess the following: • A professional telephone manner with an excellent standard of spoken and written English, • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurised environment, • Good IT skills (full training will be given on our in-house software), • Basic excel skills needed, • Thorough with attention to detail, • Highly numerate, • Flexible and willing to learn, • Previous experience with QuickBooks Hours of work are 24 hours per week over 4/5 days to be agreed with successful candidate. I’m looking for an experienced independent bookkeeper or virtual finance manager (remote) to set up and manage bookkeeping systems for two separate companies — one based in the UK and one in Dubai. The role involves full setup, ongoing monthly bookkeeping, invoice management, payment chasing, and consolidated reporting, without giving either accountant real-time access to my financial data. What I need 1. Initial Setup (One-time Project), 2. Recommend and implement cloud accounting software (likely Xero or QuickBooks) for each entity. Connect bank feeds for UK and Dubai accounts. Create invoice templates and automated invoice reminders. Set up payroll integrations for each entity (if applicable). Establish bank reconciliation processes and automation rules. Liaise with both accountants for initial setup requirements. Setup fee: Fixed project fee, payable 50% upfront and 50% on completion. 2. Ongoing Monthly Retainer Send invoices for both entities. Liaise with clients and chase overdue payments when required. Track all incoming payments and reconcile bank transactions for both entities. Match invoices against payments received. Check monthly revenue vs. bank inflows. Manage staff payments/payroll. Prepare monthly P&L reports for each entity plus a consolidated group summary. Provide an aged receivables report (list of unpaid invoices). Monthly fee: Flat retainer, invoiced in advance. Any work outside agreed scope billed at pre-agreed hourly rate. 3. Year-End Handover Prepare year-end reports for UK accountant and Dubai accountant separately. Liaise with each accountant to provide only the required reports — no real-time access. Requirements Proven experience with multi-entity and multi-currency bookkeeping. Strong knowledge of both UK accounting principles (including VAT) and UAE accounting requirements. Proficient in Xero or QuickBooks Online. Highly organised, discreet, and able to work independently. Confident handling client communications around invoicing and payment chasing.

Part time experienced (4 years plus) bookkeeper required in small solicitors office, hours to be discussed must know manual double entry bookkeeping and have experience of solicitors accounts, also have experience of using digital accounts packages. We will be swapping over to digital accounting in the near future. Will also be required to keep the books for property letting business and manage personal accounts for the business owner. The ideal candidate should be computer literate in various accounting packages, but also experienced in manual book keeping, be organized in their methods and flexible in their approach, conscientious and reliable in their approach to work. Experience of preparation of year end accounts preferable.
