We are seeking a Clinic Manager who has worked in a managerial capacity within healthcare. A huge focus of this role is on operations and raising efficiency of care standards by internal improvements and team’s management / patient satisfaction as well as constantly liaising with team leads. A sound knowledge of HR is also a requirement for this role. The salary would be based on a target achieving model with a base salary of £35k rising to £40k after 6 months of probation .
