We're an RIBA Registered Practice with a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and developing our people.\n\nThe Role\n We're looking for a qualified architect to join our team, contributing to projects across a range of scales and sectors. You'll work across the full design process, from concept through to completion, and play an active role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging with clients and contractors, and resolving technical challenges.\n Key responsibilities include:\n\nDelivering technically robust, design-led work across healthcare, education, and other sectors\nManaging defined work packages with awareness of project budgets and programme\nIdentifying and resolving key technical details and compliance requirements\nSupporting and mentoring Part 1 and Part 2 colleagues\nContributing to studio culture, day-to-day management, and business developmentAbout You\n\nARB registered with RIBA Part 3\nGood working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction types, and building systems\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with external stakeholders\nProficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; BIM coordination experience is a plus\nOrganised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure\nA collaborative team player who's self-motivated and eager to growWhat's on Offer\n Competitive salary, hybrid working, flexible holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package you can tailor to your needs.
