We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Locke at Broken Wharf, London. JOB OVERVIEW To co-operate and work with departmental colleagues and team members across the business, carry out tasks as designated and manage the day-to-day practical aspects of customer service in an organised, structured and professional way. The F&B Supervisor leads the team on shift from the front, coordinates with the kitchen and bar teams, provides high standards of customer service and product quality, handles customer complaints, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. To carry out all tasks and procedures in line with statutory requirements and ensure that customer service is provided in line with the business and performance objectives of the Hotel. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Service Delivery: Creating tell-your-mates experiences that makes guests want to keep coming back. Lead, coach, and encourage the F&B team in taking responsibility for service standards. Welcoming guests, directing them to their tables, and ensuring a clean and inviting space. Presenting menus, answering questions about dishes and beverages, and accurately record orders. Delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Be a system specialist on Mews POS able to upload and edit product and pull reports as necessary. Refill drinks, clear used plates, and maintain a clean and organised dining area. Process payments, whether by credit card or room charging. Supervise seamless daily operations, balancing efficiency with high service standards. Delegate effectively so everything runs smoothly Monitoring customer satisfaction, interacting with guests, and addressing complaints or concerns promptly. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure that customer service processes run smoothly and the customer is satisfied. Liaise with other departments such as operations, reservations, and finance to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and within agreed service level agreements. Oversee guest satisfaction - seek feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Execute relevant cost control measures while maintaining a premium guest experience. Identify upselling opportunities and present them to the team. General Operations & Team Support: Work flexibly across multiple areas depending on business needs. Support events, activations, and lifestyle programming. Ensure public areas remain clean, inviting, and on-brand. Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive team environment. Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE Qualifications: A High School diploma or equivalent qualification is desirable. Experience: Similar relevant experience at a supervisor or senior server level in a food and beverage service environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction Experience with inventory control and stock management is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for interacting with employees, customers, and other departments. Skills: Motivating, training, and supervising employees to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards. Effectively organising and prioritising tasks, especially during peak hours. Addressing employee issues and customer complaints in a calm and professional manner. Understanding budgeting, inventory control, and cost management. Tracking inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimising waste. Adjusting to changing demands and environments and being flexible in their approach.

Role Purpose The Salon Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring a seamless, high-quality guest experience, a motivated and well-presented team, tightly controlled stock, and strong footfall conversion from the departure lounge. This is a hands-on role: the Manager is expected to work on the treatment floor themselves as well as lead the team. Key Responsibilities Salon Operations • Oversee the day-to-day running of the salon, including rotas, opening/closing procedures, and health & safety compliance, • Ensure the salon consistently meets AeroSpa's brand and service standards, • Manage bookings, walk-ins, and treatment scheduling to maximise chair/table utilisation during peak departure times, • Report performance, incidents, and issues to the Director as required Stock Management • Order, receive, and manage stock levels for retail and treatment products, • Conduct regular stock takes and minimise waste, loss, and overstocking, • Maintain accurate stock records and flag reordering needs in good time, • Ensure products are displayed and rotated in line with brand guidelines Team Leadership & Motivation • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of therapists and front-of-house staff, • Run team briefings and on-the-day guidance to keep the team engaged, especially during high-pressure travel periods, • Foster a positive, professional team culture Promotion • Actively promote AeroSpa services and treatments to passengers in the departure lounge to drive walk-in bookings, • Represent the AeroSpa brand confidently when engaging with passengers and airport stakeholders Treatments • Deliver treatments personally as part of the working week, including:, • Manicures & pedicures / nail services, • Threading, • Massage, • Maintain full competency and up-to-date qualifications across the above treatments, • Uphold hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards on every treatment delivered Skills & Experience Required • Proven experience in a salon/spa management or senior therapist role is preferred, • Qualified and experienced in nail services, threading, and massage is preferred, • Strong leadership and people management skills, • Confident, outgoing communication style — comfortable approaching and engaging passengers, • Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in line with flight schedules, • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy preferred; candidates with a minimum of 3 years' salon experience will also be considered Personal Attributes • Calm under pressure, especially during busy travel periods, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • A natural motivator who leads by example, • Sales-driven with a genuine passion for guest experience Salary £35,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience

    QSR Area Manager within Essex Area. The area Manager is responsible for the overall operational, commercial and people performance of the stores within their assigned area. The role is accountable for ensuring stores operate to company standards, achieve financial and KPI targets, maintain full compliance, and deliver a consistently strong customer experience. The area Manager will lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams, drive local sales opportunities, support Head Office initiatives, and ensure each store operates efficiently, safely and in line with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership • Oversee the day-to-day performance of all assigned corporate stores., • Ensure stores open and close on time and operate in line with company standards and procedures., • Maintain consistently high standards across food quality, cleanliness, customer service, health and safety, and overall store presentation., • Support stores operationally where required, including during peak periods, manager absence, staffing shortages or other business-critical situations., • Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews, recording findings and actions as required., • Ensure store managers complete all required administration, checks and reporting accurately and on time. Commercial Performance • Take full ownership of store P&L performance, ensuring financial targets are achieved and stores operate in line with business objectives., • Drive store sales, labour efficiency, food cost control and overall profitability across the area., • Review KPI performance regularly and implement clear action plans where standards or targets are not being met., • Analyse store performance data, including sales, labour, food variance, wastage, coupon use, remakes, edited orders and voids, and act on trends promptly., • Review aggregator performance and ensure appropriate analysis and follow-up action is taken to support sales and operational standards., • Work closely with Head Office to support and execute marketing plans, promotions and local sales initiatives across stores., • Contact and engage with local businesses to build sales opportunities, local partnerships and wider brand presence within each store’s trading area. People Management and Development • Lead, coach and support Store Managers to deliver strong operational and commercial results., • Build capable, accountable and engaged store management teams., • Support recruitment activity where required, including advertising, interviewing, onboarding and induction., • Ensure effective training is delivered across stores and that managers and team members are developed in line with business needs., • Promote internal progression and support succession planning across the area., • Act as a mentor and escalation point for Store Managers and provide practical support in resolving day-to-day people challenges., • Work closely with HR where required on investigations, formal meetings, employee relations matters and performance concerns. Compliance and Standards • Ensure all assigned stores remain compliant with legal, regulatory and company requirements., • Manage and complete regulatory compliance applications where required, including business rates, extended hours and pavement licences., • Ensure stores maintain required records, checks and procedures relating to food safety, health and safety, security and operational compliance., • Drive compliance with audit requirements, including OER standards, HACCP, PRP, vehicle checks, accident reporting and any other internal or external compliance obligations., • Ensure working standards are maintained for CCTV, alarms, fire safety systems, uniform, administration and all required operational controls., • Lead and drive the resolution of maintenance issues across stores, ensuring timely action and minimal disruption to operations. Planning and Control • Monitor labour scheduling to ensure stores are appropriately resourced in line with forecasted sales and business needs., • Review rotas, staffing levels and labour usage to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities., • Support Store Managers with forecasting, planning and operational organisation to improve consistency and performance., • Monitor food ordering, stock accuracy, food transfers and inventory discipline to support cost control and minimise waste., • Ensure key business priorities, promotional activity and operational requirements are clearly communicated and executed across stores. Store Visits and Oversight The Area Manager is expected to maintain a regular presence across their stores and complete visits which may include: • Operational standards reviews, • Opening and closing checks, • Paperwork and admin reviews, • HACCP and compliance reviews, • Training observations and coaching, • Stock and inventory checks, • Rush period support, • Manager meetings and action planning, • Wellbeing and engagement check-ins All visits, findings and follow-up actions must be recorded in the appropriate company systems.
