Overview As part of AG’s aggressive growth and workforce-scaling programme for 2026–2027, we are seeking a high-impact SAP Resourcer with deep networks across the SAP ecosystem. This role is critical to enabling AG’s hiring strategy across core SAP delivery, architecture, AMS, and niche capability areas. The successful candidate will bring strong SAP recruitment experience, proven market mapping capability, and existing relationships across SAP partners, specialist agencies, and the UK SAP consultant community. This is a hands-on sourcing and intelligence-led role, supporting HR, SLT and Delivery Leadership with speed, quality, and market insight. Role Type: Fixed-Term Contract – 6/12 months (extendable based on performance) Roles & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities • Own end-to-end SAP talent sourcing for AG’s 2026–2027 hiring mandates across:, • SAP Functional Consultants, • SAP Technical & Integration roles, • SAP Architects, • AMS & Support specialists, • Niche / High-demand SAP skillsets, • Leverage existing networks within the UK SAP community, including SAP Partners, boutique consultancies, and independent consultants., • Proactively source candidates via:, • LinkedIn Recruiter & advanced Boolean search, • Direct headhunting and referral networks, • Conduct market mapping and competitor intelligence, identifying:, • Top SAP partners and talent pools, • High-potential consultants, • Salary benchmarks and skill demand trends, • Build and maintain high-quality SAP talent pipelines aligned to AG’s future demand (not just immediate vacancies).
