To support this expansion, Kemola Restaurant and Lounge requires a Project Manager to coordinate business development projects, event service expansion, and strategic growth initiatives across the organisation. Role Purpose The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic projects related to business expansion, corporate events, catering development, and partnership initiatives.The role focuses on project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's growth objectives. This role is strategic and analytical in nature and does not involve day-to-day restaurant supervision or operational service management.     Job Description: Brown Bear Coffee is a well-established, popular brunch spot and we are now looking for a reliable, experienced chef to join our team. This individual will be required to help contribute to providing customers a smooth, fast and high quality food service, and also bring a fresh perspective to our menu, which we love to consistently update and improve. Responsibilities • Bring a calm, level headed approach to kitchen, in order to keep food being served in a smooth, fast and efficient manner., • Prepare ingredients that are required for service., • Enforce strict health and hygiene practices during your shifts., • Enforce safe food practices and record when necessary., • Contribute to keeping the kitchen clean, and food appropriately stored and labelled., • Communicating any low stocks, and what is needed to be ordered each week., • Consistently looking at opportunities to improve the running of the kitchen, rather than just continuing with the status quo., • Get creative and work alongside the manager to improve the Brown Bear Menu!, • Be willing to prepare bagels if possible (baking experience is preferred, but additional training will be provided).
