Key Responsibilities: • Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming., • Supporting with medication management (following training and care plans)., • Preparing and cooking meals, ensuring nutritional needs are met., • Light domestic duties, such as tidying and laundry., • Providing companionship and engaging in activities with clients., • Assisting with mobility and transfers., • Reporting any concerns or changes in a client's condition.     The South East Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association has a 24 month fixed term contract vacancy for an Alternative Venues, Communications and Events Coordinator based in Aldershot. About us South East Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association (SERFCA) supports the Reserve Forces and Cadets from the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force in the Counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, and East and West Sussex. The majority of the Association comprises volunteers, presided over by the Lord-Lieutenant of each County, ranging from high-ranking serving and retired military Officers, through local Councillors to enthusiastic locals, with no military experience, but with a will to support the Armed Forces and Cadets. About the job Main duties will include: • Management of Alternative Venues digital and print marketing., • Support of the Communications & Events Director., • Support, attend and assist with Events. Essential requirements: • Computer literate to ECDL level – MS Office., • Full UK driving licence., • Experience of social media platforms., • Previous experience of communications and events., • A full UK driving licence. The salary is £30,740 per annum. All offers of employment will be subject to satisfactory references as well as Security and DBS checks and a 6 month probation period.
