The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, order fulfillment, payment processing, and ensuring smooth day to day operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: • Fulfill and package customer orders accurately and efficiently, • Attend to customers professionally and assist with enquiries, • Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records, • Provide excellent customer service both in-store and online, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the environment, • Assist with stock management and inventory monitoring, • Coordinate with management regarding daily operational needs, • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues where necessary, • Support general administrative and operational tasks when required Requirements: • Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or operations roles is preferred but not required, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Good organisational and multitasking abilities, • Basic computer and payment system knowledge, • Professional appearance and attitude, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented and teachable.
