Following a high-profile new client win, they are establishing a brand new team and looking for an Account Director who will play a key role within the agency and take a lead on both client servicing and the overall output of the team. Working on an instantly recognisable client in the sports sector, this role would suit a Senior Account Manager or Account Director looking for an exciting step up, or a change where you’d work with a very entrepreneurial and dynamic team. As Account Director you will work closely with the Business Director to define effective working practices within the team and will be influential in the day to day running of a pivotal client account alongside the wider team. You will create and implement client development plans to ensure the partnership with the client is trusted and valued and you’ll oversee the team’s management of fully integrated on and offline planning campaigns. Given that the client’s media buying is AV led, any prior experience of AV and dealing with major broadcasters would be ideal for this role. Your role will be focused solely on a key client with a huge budget and you will be expected to liaise effectively with their dynamic marketing team and manage revenue across campaigns, providing regular forecasting.
