The role: * Act as the primary interface between the programme and the customer’s Business Change function. * Align programme deliverables and timelines with business change activities to ensure readiness and successful adoption. * Apply change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) to support organisational readiness and minimise resistance. * Accountable for the development and maintenance of Business Change deliverables including change impact assessments, communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies. * Manage feedback loops and ensure actions are tracked to resolved to support change objectives. * Build strong relationships across internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders. * Provide clear reporting on change progress, risks and mitigation strategies.
