We are seeking a reliable and skilled young professional to join our team as a Building Service Member/Doorman. In this role, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests while ensuring the security and smooth operation of our building.
Responsibilities
Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor building entrances and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
Assist residents with packages and luggage as needed.
Monitor and report any suspicious activities
Conduct tours of available apartments for prospective tenants.
Work Night Shift and Weekends as needed
Assist tenant with maintenance issues, questions, concerns
Communicate daily with property manager with any updates
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be willing to work weekends / night shifts
Preferred experience with being a security guard
