The position will remain open until filled. Onsite in Fort Collins, CO General Duties (includes but not limited to): • Create and manage CMMS asset data (identification, traceability, manuals, spare parts, maintenance plans, vendor contract, etc.), • Lead verification activities for equipment maintenance, including scheduled inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks., • Maintain ISO 13485 compliance of equipment maintenance logs, qualification records, and risk management documentation., • Maintain controlled manufacturing environments to ISO 8 Cleanroom., • Report monthly equipment manufacturing downtime and trend alarm codes., • Coordinate with Production to address equipment downtime and trend alarm codes., • Continuously improve preventative maintenance program., • Lead operator training for new equipment., • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and operational efficiency., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, standardize maintenance procedures, and optimize equipment reliability and performance. Physical Requirements: • Is expected to sit, walk, or stand for 8 hours per day., • Must be able to communicate verbally, be able to hear, and have clear and corrected vision for tasks that involve reading, writing, and working with small details., • Have physical agility for tasks that involve bending, kneeling, or reaching., • Have precise hand-eye coordination for tasks that involve handling small objects, tools, or machinery., • Must be able to lift/move 30-80 lbs., • Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to industrial materials., • Capability to push/pull pallets weighing 1,500-2,300 lbs. Qualifications: • Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree required (or equivalent), • Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience (injection molding preferred), • Proficient in interpreting manuals with mechanical and electrical schematics for troubleshooting and identifying root causes of equipment failure., • Proficient in analyzing data tables for equipment data outputs., • Proficient in equipment preventative and predictive maintenance techniques and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles., • Experience with ISO 13485 Quality Management System., • Experience in implementing and enforcing safety protocols, equipment inspections, and compliance with regulatory requirements., • Understanding of equipment control systems., • Experience with CMMS (MaintainX preferred) Certifications (preferred): • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Skills: • Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to maintain healthy working relationships with the ability to motivate teams., • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory agencies., • Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive innovation, and deliver sustainable growth., • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English., • Strong time management skills and can work with multiple deadlines and commitments with little to no supervision., • Detail oriented and organizational skills., • Must be able to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, measuring and decimal points., • Must have strong desire to promote efficiency and continual improvement processes., • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Benefits • 401K Retirement Plan-Eligible to contribute starting the first of the month, 2 months after your hire date. Injectech matches up to 6% of your salary.
