JOB SUMMARY: To oversee front desk and assist members and prospects on the phone and in person and to greet members and ensure that they receive a 5 Star member experience while at the club. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establish and maintain 5 star rapports with all members and guests entering and exiting the club as well as via phone and any other contact., • Competency in all functions of APTUS including Scheduler, POS, shift reconciliations, member statements and notes, Member check-in, etc., • Telephone message competence: recording clear, correct messages and discerning importance (timeliness) of calls. Making full use of the resources at the Morgan Library & Museum, the Drawing Institute is devoted to the study of drawings from all periods, exploring their centrality in the creative process. Each year, the Drawing Institute offers multiple fellowships. All applicants should be engaged in work on a project relating to some aspect of the history, theory, collecting, function or interpretation of old master and/or modern drawings. Requirements: Deadline: December 1 and 15, 2025 The nine-month Predoctoral Research Fellowship is intended for an advanced-level graduate student who has completed all coursework and exams and is currently engaged in research and writing of a doctoral dissertation in the history of art. The nine-month Postdoctoral Research Fellowship is intended for a scholar in the first decade of their career following the completion of the Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree. The Postdoctoral Fellowship supports work on an independent research project.
